6 x 6 Natural Scrapbook Album meets Folk Flowers Stencil

This is the Natural 6 x 6 Scrapbook Album that I take to my workshops to show the ladies the latest cards I've made. I wanted to dress up my album, so I chose the Decor Stencil Folk Flowers (118139)from the Occasions Mini. This stencil will be a carry over into the new Idea Book and Catalog in July.
I used Chocolate Chip Craft Ink and a sponge dauber to apply the ink. Stampin' Up! has the coolest stencils that can be used for decorating your walls, furniture, cards or albums. When finished just rinse the stencil off in warm water let dry and your all ready for the next time.
This was so easy and a lot of fun to make. I took me all of about 5 minutes.

Later today, since it's almost 1:00 a.m. here in Michigan,  I'll be posting my Blog candy for May. All you have to do is leave me a comment and I'll put your name in my drawing.  Hint: It's smaller than a bread box and much more fun to have!
Happy Stamping!
Jane

  1. Thank you so much for posting this! I've been wanting to dress up a linen album but have been afraid to straight stamp on the album for fear I would mess it up. But duh! Decor element stencils! It looks great and is the perfect way to decorate an album. Thanks for sharing this great idea.

  2. I like this, Jane, thanks for sharing. Now maybe I will be a little more comfortable stenciling on one of my albums.

  3. This is gorgeous -- thanks for sharing. Stenciling has always kind of scared me, now I'm ready to take the plunge.
