Very carefully, I straightened them out and punch a hole in the center of the flower using the Paper- Piercing Tool, added a brad the crunched the flower beginning with the top layer; crunching it tightly. Then, I opened the flower very carefully using the Paper-Piercing Tool and added Night of Navy ink on the outer edges of the flower. After allowing the flower to dry, I used the same brad to adhere it to the Floral Framelits. I used Vera-Mark ink and then gold embossing powder for the background. Finally, I added the happy and 4th using stamps from the now retired Extreme Elements set.</span></strong></div><br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">I made this card using the Easter Dove single stamp A'la Ca rte from the Occasions Mini. I wanted the stamped image to stand out so I used 2 of the Labels Framelits Dies. One in Elegant Eggplant the other in Whisper White. I stamped the image in Elegant Eggplant, and using a Sponge Dauber, I lightly brushed the edge of the Whisper White card stock label to make a contrast from the Elegant Eggplant card stock. Using this technique is appealing to the eye. There isn't a stark contrast from the Whisper White card stock to the Elegant Eggplant card stock. The designer series paper is from the Subtles Collection Paper Stacks, the ribbon is 5/8" Whisper White Organza Ribbon.</span></strong><br />

<strong><span style="font-size: large;">Isn't this cute little guy darling? I used the stamp set Everybunny from the Big Catalog. It has 7 stamps in the set and each one is cuter than the last. I made this for my good friend Kathy's great grandson, who is 5 years old. I used Tangerine Tango, Whisper White, and Daffodil Delight card stock and Tangerine Tango designer series paper from the Brights Collection</span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-size: large;">Paper Stacks in the Big Catalog. I used the Ticket Punch for the corners of the Whisper White card stock and used Stampin' Dimensionals to give a 3-D affect. Using Stampin' Write Markers I colored in the images. I used Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Pretty In Pink, Wild Wasabi, and Wisteria Wonder colors.</span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-size: large;">Both of the cards were easy to make once I decided how I was going to put them together. They would be great if you wanted to mass produce the cards. Not a lot of details but still eye catching.</span></strong><br />

<strong><span style="font-size: large;">Fabric Flower Hair Clips are so much fun to make and give you a lot of bang for your buck. When buying hair clips you can spend $8 for just one clip. Here I have created a variety of fabric hair clips for a fraction of the cost.</span></strong><br />
<div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center"><strong><span style="font-size: large;">To make all my flower hair clips I used my Big Shot die cutting machine and Flower Fold Die.</span></strong></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-5teCqXf-umE/T3b66Ct30sI/AAAAAAAACDQ/6tqeI6uDkTQ/s1600/DSCF0672.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="239" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-5teCqXf-umE/T3b66Ct30sI/AAAAAAAACDQ/6tqeI6uDkTQ/s320/DSCF0672.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center"><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>For this clip, I used Stampin' Up! designer fabric Twitterpated from the Occasions Mini along with pink and white felt.</strong></span></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4py3RLJ9thg/T3b7ouhrNkI/AAAAAAAACDY/fee99MtNw6A/s1600/DSCF0673.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="244" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4py3RLJ9thg/T3b7ouhrNkI/AAAAAAAACDY/fee99MtNw6A/s320/DSCF0673.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center"><strong><span style="font-size: large;">After sewing all the layers together, I attached a hair clip using my glue gun.</span></strong></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oveG-NGJx2c/T3b8OlitDwI/AAAAAAAACDg/GbWj9wimekQ/s1600/DSCF0674.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="188" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oveG-NGJx2c/T3b8OlitDwI/AAAAAAAACDg/GbWj9wimekQ/s320/DSCF0674.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center"><strong><span style="font-size: large;">Examples of more hair clips using a variety of fabrics.</span></strong><br />
<br />
<br />
<strong><span style="color: red; font-size: large;">Tasteful Trim Fabric Flowers</span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-size: large;">Jackie Topa shared her idea of making fabric flowers using the Big Shot and Tasteful Trim Die. Here's what I did with my Tasteful Trim Die and Stampin' Up! Fabric.</span></strong><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eJ_YwoLfHV0/T3b9TRt0V9I/AAAAAAAACDo/nSh6bZ064kc/s1600/DSCF0670.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="168" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eJ_YwoLfHV0/T3b9TRt0V9I/AAAAAAAACDo/nSh6bZ064kc/s320/DSCF0670.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><strong>I started out by making the fabric flower as shown here.</strong></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-LFw0bitPoRw/T3b9tlUbyBI/AAAAAAAACDw/CjqZuCnvrRQ/s1600/DSCF0665.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="94" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-LFw0bitPoRw/T3b9tlUbyBI/AAAAAAAACDw/CjqZuCnvrRQ/s320/DSCF0665.JPG" width="320" /></a></div></div><div align="center"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><strong><span style="font-size: large;">After cutting out the trim using the Big Shot and Tasteful Trim Die, I hand sewed using the up and down stitch with a double strand of white thread to the fabric.</span></strong><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-H9q8spoXPho/T3b-jNLxEFI/AAAAAAAACEA/yi9JWHlkzBA/s1600/DSCF0666.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="192" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-H9q8spoXPho/T3b-jNLxEFI/AAAAAAAACEA/yi9JWHlkzBA/s320/DSCF0666.JPG" width="320" /></a></div></div><div align="center"><strong><span style="font-size: large;">Pull the thread until you have your fabric gathered, like this, and sew the ends together. Don't cut the thread.</span></strong><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4xeyxTsAsgU/T3b-5I-dN3I/AAAAAAAACEI/A3G4O9SaGMg/s1600/DSCF0667.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="185" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4xeyxTsAsgU/T3b-5I-dN3I/AAAAAAAACEI/A3G4O9SaGMg/s320/DSCF0667.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<strong><span style="font-size: large;"></span></strong></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center"><strong><span style="font-size: large;">Your flower will look like this.</span></strong></div><div align="center"><br />

<strong><span style="font-size: large;">I sewed a button for the center of the flower.</span></strong></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-I9sYwHii8vY/T3b_oxmo2jI/AAAAAAAACEY/Q9EWV-HoU_k/s1600/DSCF0675.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="226" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-I9sYwHii8vY/T3b_oxmo2jI/AAAAAAAACEY/Q9EWV-HoU_k/s320/DSCF0675.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center"><strong><span style="font-size: large;">I hand sewed the flower to a hair clip making sure it was secure. This size is just right for little girls.</span></strong><br />
