What do you get when you cross Top Notes with Punches?

A Top Note Jack-O-Lantern!

Each Halloween we make up a" little something" for the neighborhood children and deliver it a couple of days before Halloween. Then on Halloween night they are out trick or treating and we go to one of our daughter's house and watch all the little ones come by. What fun!

I know someone shared this idea a couple of years ago, but I don't remember who it was. I thought of using some of our punches and boy did I have fun making these. The Petite Penants Builder is perfect for eyes and noses.
Products Used:
Card Stock: Tangerine Tango, Basic Black and Wild Wasabi
Dies: Top Note and Leaves #2
Punches: Heart to Heart, 3/4" Circle, Petite Pennants Builder and 1/2" circle
Ribbon:  1/2' Stiched -PolyPeach Parfait and 1 1/4"  Basic Black & White Striped Grosgrain
Adhesive: Multipurpose Liquid Glue, and Mini Glue Dots

Non Stampin' Up! Item: #2 white paper sacks 

I have 10 more to make and I can't wait to get started.
