Create with Connie and Mary CCMC2 Party Favor Challenge

                                                     CCMC2 Party Favor Challenge

This week's challenge is to make a party favor.
I chose Island Oasis Designer Series Paper to make the flower for the top of my candy favor box along with Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise, and Rose Red card stock.

I used the Island Floral Die and ran the Designer Series Paper and card stock through the Big Shot.

I used 8 layers of DSP and 3 layers of card stock. I spiritz the paper with water and scrunch the flowers and the two leaves into balls. I straightened them out inserted a brad in the middle of the flower and scrunched the layers starting with the top layer. Let dry.

I cut  2-pieces of Old Olive card stock 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches and ran the pieces through the Big Shot using the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. If you would like the instructions on how to make the favor box, email me and I'll send them to you.

I looked for candy with a tropical theme but couldn't find what I wanted. So...I pulled out my shell candy mold and made my own tropical candy, sea shells!  I tinted one batch of the vanilla waffers pink and another one light purple. The other colors I are just perfect for the Island Oasis paper.
All stampers know, you can't have a party without chocolate!

All the products for the favor box except the Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise, and Rose Red card stock ( and the candy) are from the Summer Mini. Do you need a copy? Email me and I'll send one out to you. janegiggy@comcast.net

I'm ready to party!!
 Happy Stamping!
