Big Shot Flower Folds Die Pins and Hair Ornaments

Happy Friday! Sorry I've been missing in action (MSI) but I'm back and so excited about using the Big Shot Die Machine and Dies from Stampin'Up! to make these little girls hair ornaments and pins!

Sorry about the photos. My camera is acting up so I had to scan the pins and hair ornaments and the results aren't up to pare, but I think you get the idea.

Materials used include: Felt, felt, and more felt. I found some sheets of felt from a year ago and dedcided that it would be so cute to make some pins and hair ornaments for little girls.
Also, I used the Flower Folds Die  for the base and the Circle Die for the top layer on the pins and ornaments. I made pins and hair ornaments that look the same except, instead of using a pin on the back, I used a hair clasp that you can find at any craft store.

These are so cute and easy to make. I had several made in no time. All I did was cut out pieces of felt and run them through the big shot with the Flower Folds Die, using the smallest flower, I then ran the printed felt through the Big Shot using the smallest circle. I used my heat gun to put them together, added either the pin or hair clasp on the back and there you have it!

The pin and hair ornaments measure 2 1/2 inches across. They are light weight and will not to weigh down the hair or clothing of  little ones.

I hope you give them a try.
Happy Stampin'
Jane
