I made some glass Christmas ornaments using Stampin' Up! medium window sheets. I thought the Build-A-Bear set would make darling ornaments and I was right! It was hard to get a good photo because of the glare on the glass ornament but I think you can see well enough to get the general idea.
These are easy to make and so much fun to see your finished project.
How To:
1. Cut piece of window sheet about 1/4" larger than the stamp image you are going to use.
2. Stamp image with Stazon Black ink on medium window sheet, let dry. (takes about 5 minutes).
3. Once dry, flip the window sheet over and color in with Sharpie Markers, let dry.
4. Choose the size of glass ornament that the image will fit so the image will stay standing up.
5. Roll the window sheet tightly until it's about the size of a pencil. Insert the window sheet in the top of the ornament and it will pop in the right place. Once in a while, the window sheet needs some adjusting. If so, use the eraser end of a pencil to move the window sheet where you want it to be.
6. Pour some glitter in the opening and close the top.
7. Optional: add some ribbon or a bow and use elastic cord for the hanger. I used Stampin' Up! Silver Elastic Cord.
8. Shake you ornament and see how pretty your image looks.
Happy Stampin'
