More Easter Cards

Good Morning!
I have two more Easter cards to share with you today.

I really love this card. I chose Pool Party card stock for the base of the card and for the designer series paper, which comes from the Paper Stacks Subtles Collection. I cut out the Paper Doily using the new Paper Doily Die in the Occasions Mini. I cut out the label from the Framelits Label collection. I stamped the phrase with Pool Party ink and added a piece of Whisper White 5/8" Organza Ribbon.

Using the same colors as the previous card I stamped the little boy image on on of the Framelits Labels Dies from the stamp set Heaven Blessed. There are 7 stamps to this set. On the edges of the label I sponged Pool Party Ink and used Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the label to the designer series paper.

Easter Cards

Today I have a couple of Easter cards I'd like to share with you.

I made this card using the Easter Dove single stamp A'la Ca rte from the Occasions Mini. I wanted the stamped image to stand out so I used 2 of the Labels Framelits Dies. One in Elegant Eggplant the other in Whisper White. I stamped the image in Elegant Eggplant, and using a Sponge Dauber, I lightly brushed the edge of the Whisper White card stock label to make a contrast from the Elegant Eggplant card stock. Using this technique is appealing to the eye. There isn't a stark contrast from the Whisper White card stock to the Elegant Eggplant card stock. The designer series paper is from the Subtles Collection Paper Stacks, the ribbon is 5/8" Whisper White Organza Ribbon.

Isn't this cute little guy darling? I used the stamp set Everybunny from the Big Catalog. It has 7 stamps in the set and each one is cuter than the last. I made this for my good friend Kathy's great grandson, who is 5 years old. I used Tangerine Tango, Whisper White, and Daffodil Delight card stock and Tangerine Tango designer series paper from the Brights Collection
Paper Stacks in the Big Catalog. I used the Ticket Punch for the corners of the Whisper White card stock and used Stampin' Dimensionals to give a 3-D affect. Using Stampin'  Write Markers I colored in the images. I used Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Pretty In Pink, Wild Wasabi, and Wisteria Wonder colors.
Both of the cards were easy to make once I decided how I was going to put them together. They would be great if you wanted to mass produce the cards. Not a lot of details but still eye catching.

Another Easter Card

Easter is this Sunday and I have been busy making Easter Cards. I've made Build-A-Bear cards, Bunny Cards, Chick cards, religious cards and some flower cards. This morning I realized that I needed 6 more cards. After looking at all my stamp sets, I decided to use Fifth Avenue Floral set, an embossing folder and punched out the wings from Certainly Celery card stock from the Extra Large Bird Punch for the leaves. I used Pale Plum for the card base, Whisper White for the card front, Palm Plum, and Lovely Lilac  for the smaller flowers, Sampin'  Pad and the Ticket Corner Punch. Stampin' Dimensionals gave the great 3-D look. After stamping the flowers on Whisper White card stock I cut them out, leaving a small white edge. On the smaller flowers, I used Barely Banana Stampin' Write for the center.

Easter Cards....and more Easter cards

Can you believe that it's almost Easter? This Sunday is the big day. Here are some of the Easter cards I've made this year. I used several of Stampin' Up! dies to get a variety of looks for the little ones I sent cards.  The scallop frame is from the Oval Scllop Frame die, the eggs are from the Ovals die and the Build-A-Bear is from the Bigz Die Bear. The little chick peaking out behind the eggs is from the set, Good Egg. I also used the butterfly punch and added rhinestones for the body.

Happy Stamping!
