Happy Friday everyone!
It's beginning to feel a lot like Spring here in Michigan. Still a little cool, but yesterday it was sunny and 71 degrees. Just my kind of weather.
I was looking through what stamping and scrap booking products I had put away and found part of a Simply Scrappin' Kit which is retired now, called Petal Party. I made a few cards out of the scrappin' kit to send out to my shut-in friends from church. Here's what I came up with.
These are real simple and easy to make. I used Very Vanilla, Old Olive, and Tangerine Tango card stock and the stick on flowers from the scrappin' kit. I made top note using the Top Note die and adhered it to the card and placed everything else on the top note. I used Modern Label Extra Large, and Oval Extra Large Punches. Thinking of you is from the set So happy for You in the Sale-a-bration catalog., Happy Birthday is from the set Perfect Punches.
So if you have part of a Simply Scrappin' kit left from your scrapbook pages, why don't you try making some cards out what's left over?
Reminder: Sale-a bration is still running until March 31st, 2011. For every $50.00 you spend in product, you chose free products from the Sale-a-bration catalog. In the back of the Sale-a-bration catalog
