Easter Gift Card Holder

The sun's out and the birds are singing and I saw my first Robin this morning! My mother told my brothers and me about something she and her friends did regarding seeing the first Robin in the Spring. I saw her do this so many times that I started doing it too. This morning as soon as I saw the Robin it automatically did this "thing".

What she did is this.:When you see your first Robin of the year, make a fist but stick you thumb out. Then lick the end of your thumb and put it on the palm of your other hand and them make a fist again and hit you hand. I know it sounds crazy but that's what she did and I continue to do. Now that my mom is in Heaven, I can't ask her why she did this and where it came from.
The birds singing and the sun shinning made me think about Easter. I made an Easter gift card holder. The original idea has been around for awhile but I couldn't find out who should get the credit.
Here's what I came up with.

Products Used;
A Good Egg stamp set. Bashful Blue, Whisper White, Garden Green, Only Orange, Summer Sun, Pretty In Pink and Rich Razzleberry card stock. Blushing Bride 1/2" Stitched-Poly Ribbon, Two-Step Bird Extra Large Punch, Bo ho Punch and Beautiful Wings embosslits Die. On the flowers I used Jewels Basic Pearls. To secure the ribbon to the box I folded the Stitched- Poly Ribbon over and used Stampin' Up! Paper-Piercing Tool and added a Whisper White 5/16" brad.
I used Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango Stampin' Write markers to color in the chick.

Happy Spring!
Jane
