This card is made from one of Stampin' Up! retired Designer Series Papers; Bella Rose. I was sad to hear it was going to be retired. I made a lot of cards using this paper in a variety of ways. This is just one and my favorite!
No stamping just applying flowers and leaves and ribbon. You can't tell very well with this scan but it's a 3-D card. I cut out all the pieces of DSP and applied them with Stampin' Dimensionals to add a lift and make the card pop! I love cutting so this card was a labor of love for me. I take my scissors and DSP and a couple of envelopes with me when we travel or when I watch t.v. and cut away. It took me over an hour just to attached the paper pieces to the card, but it's a lot of fun!
Products I used: Whisper White card stock for card base
Whisper White card stock for the background on the front of the card. I ran it through the Big Shot Die- cut Machine using the Backgrounds 1 texturz( this is the right spelling according to the catalog) plate on the polka-dots folder. After I arranged my flowers and leaves like I wanted them, I attached a bow made from Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon.
Each of the winners of my Blog Candy this month will receive an anniversary card like this one!
Happy Stampin'
